Wolfgang Heyne

i've found this vase today which i thought from several meters allready that thats a west german so called "Hoy"
form and glaze and clay seems to shout "Hoy"
agree?
this is just a theory so far but one which might be worth to follow...
I've noticed that there are "Hoy" vases signed "Hey." for example.
other vases are signed in a total different way similar to Heiner Balzer as Imodito mentioned before in another thread / other forum

this signature popped up under that vase and after some search it might be by
heyne hartwig gmbh, töpferei - Keramik - Oer-Erkenschwick
but haven't asked them if they're this mysterious company "Hoy"....
what do you think?

I'd have thought 'Hague'.

the first three letters are quite sure Hey which brings me to Heyne

Heyne seems to be a German surname. Might be a start

found Hartwig Heyne in Oer Erkenschwick
and Wolfgang Heyne located in Kassel

if it is Wolfgang Heyne
he was born 1944 in Kaiserslautern
worked in Höhr-Grenzhausen & Kassel from 1959-1997

He worked 38 years as a potter but no pictures of his stuff in the web....
