ID Studio Pottery? European? Empty ID Studio Pottery? European?

I have a beautiful vintage ceramic vase which is ridged and mainly green with an iridescent splash around the neck with an incised seal mark which looks like a fancy capital H. I have uploaded a picture of the mark. This could be European? can anyone help please?

Fairly sure it's Raku, from what I can see it looks like it's probably British
