terracotta lady and dolphin

any ideas on this one? looks early 20thc, perhaps 1920s/30s to me, but i'm open to your suggestions. Can't see any mark, a few scratched lines underneath, but not sure if these are actually maker's marks.

You might find it's a copy of an Italian bronze, sold to tourists. Whether those tourists are 19th Century or 20th Century I couldn't say.
