The images are a little on the small side so difficult to see the picture let alone the signature!

It's a nice picture, but I don't think you're going to find the artist. The boats and quayside is a bit generic (there's nothing to tell the viewer where it is), and the cabins on the boats aren't copied from real life. Which leads me to suspect this is a modern picture from China or Eastern Europe, pumped out for the western market. In which case the signature will be a pseudonym.
