I'm fairly sure it's not Stanislas Reychan, the glaze looks a bit like Tremar, but the clay looks wrong.

Replying to my own posting...mark looks like it could be by the aptly named Bebe Bird but though listed in pottery marks reference book as making birds, I can't find any examples online. A Bebe Wolfe made similar looking birds in the US but these are signed Wolfe...Hmmm
