I'd say Italy. From the shape and lack of a mark it could be early - maybe 18th Century, or a later 19thC copy.
There's a small chance it's English, but I'm not seeing the usual spur marks, and I'd need to check the shape.

i think there is a small chance to be german as well....
kellinghusen or hannoversch münden or similar....
i've posted it in Walter Del Pellegrino's italian pottery forum as well....
and will give an update if i get informations there or find something anywhere else.

walter answered that it is "probably made in Italy and more specifically made in the town of Grottaglie in the region of Puglia"
