I think ed was spot on, the others on ebay (apart from yours) do look like Denmead (poorer quality/later date than yours in my opinion).
Then compare the markings (note the numbers inscribed) / glazes on Trentham pieces and look up Naomi's link.

I know absolutely nothing about Hedgehogs or Denmead, whatever that might be, but I do know that rule number one for any collector/enthusiast/dealer is do not believe anything that anyone of Ebay tells you unless it can be varified elsewhere.

I agree with SP, though it was good of the ebayer to try and help and I can see why he thought it was Denmead (same moulds).

I've learn a bit about hedgehog money boxes anyway 
I used to collect money boxes (when I was 8), so it's brought back a fair few memory's!
