Likely to be Stulz AG of Strasbourg, which was a decorating studio in the 1920s. This studio belonged to L. Straus & Sons, who also had a studio in Rudolstadt Volkstedt, Thuringia.

The Sevres mark was copied a lot, I expect there are far more pieces with the Sevres mark by other factory's, than Sevres ever actually produced
Some of the easy to spot signs are the quality of painting and gilding.
