Two small posy vases. Signed. Canadian? Empty Two small posy vases. Signed. Canadian?

Hi, these two posy vases are approx. 6" high. Both are signed. One is signed what looks like Mai-Jon. The other is signed but not sure what and also has 'Richmond B2'
Can someone please help.
