Japanese style studio pottery vase. Empty Japanese style studio pottery vase.

Please help me to identify this pale blue heavy stoneware Japanese style pottery vase. The lower part is of square section.
The incised marks seem to be oriental although I know that European potters imitate this type of mark.
Height 15.5cm

I suspect it's European. German, maybe.
