Please help me to identify a studio pottery vase.
Interesting vase with an incised mark on the base. No idea of the maker can anyone help?

Probably a hobby potter, as the decoration is quite crude and they seem to have had two goes at doing their signature. The lower signature is quite good though.

Agreed.
There is a small chance it's Australian. If you google australian pottery marks you'll see several good websites with photos of pottery marks, however, I don't recall seeing this one so I strongly suspect it's by a student/hobby potter.
