Can't really see the mark but it looks stoneware rather than terracotta

Re: Tankard - cf. John Chappell, New Zealand
looking at the base i'd thought it had a little bit of terracotta mix with stone ware

Mark looks like a windmill above a ploughed field - or am I imagining it?

Re: Tankard - cf. John Chappell, New Zealand
Doesn't looks English to me. If the mark is a windmill then it might be Dutch. Possibly Victorian or early 20th Century.

I thought I recognised this mark it was alongside the mark of John Chappel pot I had , so the mark is likely from Japan or N Zealand

Unknown New Zealand? pottery jug
This maybe a New Zealand pottery. Same mark as the one on Ed's John Chappell pot.
The mark looks a bit like a stool with pots of flowers on it.

John Chappell was also at Coldharbour and Wilstone Potteries and not finding any examples online so it's possible it's one of those.
Edited to add, I asked the New Zealand group but they didn't recognise the mark
