Please help me to ID an 18th/19th century tea cup
Is it possible to id this tea cup from the painters pattern number.

As to date, I'm pretty certain it's not 18th century, I'd have said late 19th.

i agree with Potty, deffo late 19thC - several dead giveaways: the turquoise blue and pink enamels were extremely fashionable in the last quarter of the 19thC, the freize border around the top and the turquoise Eastern inspired design is classic for that period, as is the mixing it with the more European dogroses.
Couldn't say for sure if Spode is the maker, could well be...it could even be Bishop & Stonier as the numbering system looks might familiar (it's just the upside down 'v' on the bottom line that isn't quite right to mind). Shame you don't have the saucer as it's possible that would've had a mark.

This tools transfer printed and hand coloured, and Staffordshire potteries used each other's pattern books, so difficult to tell who made it without a pottery mark. Looks mid-late 19th Century.
