Art Deco flapper girl figure

I picked up this flapper girl figure last week. It has a hollow base and has an impressed stamp 8882 just above the base. I've not seen one like this before - well modelled and painted and looks German. Height 18.5cm. Does anyone know who made it?

Those spice seen those 4 figure numbers on German porcelain. If they're hand written they're Victorian. If stamped then first half of the 20th century.

airbrushed ?  this yellow / green  combo  is highly
significant for German Spritzdecor  1928/32

The flapper girl was pbb produced in Thuringia
like the cacao jug which was made by Lehmann & Sohn, Kahla / Thuringia.
