Small vase quite stylish??nouveau??

This is a nice decorative vase 6" tall has a roughly finished base either a second or just a cheaper made copy of a stylish design hard too say, The outer decoration seems to be a drip sort of glaze im not very skilled in pottery but did think maybe belgium??

Looks Belgium to me.

I agree it does have a belgian look , though they do tend to have an impressed number on the base , the form is not unusual but I agree Belgium would be favourite.

An alternative would be a turn of the Century Devon - Torquay-ware or Brannam - piece, but it's not a shape I've come across.
