Amateur ? Master Potter? Tea pot,Coffee pot ?? Strange Spout

Very strange spout....any ideas. The pot is very heavy with a great glaze

Lovely piece. There was one on ebay recently with a similar dark green glaze and stumpy spout but wider base. Also unmarked. May have nothing to do with this one, though.
Is there a sieve inside, at the base of the spout? If so, I'd say oriental. If not, I'd say studio piece. Lid looks a bit out of scale to the rim, though, so maybe a very good amateur.

Not an amateur, unlikely to be British and possibly a coffee pot. It could be Oriental and I wouldn't rule out Scandanavian but can't be of any further help really.
