Art deco style coffee pot?

Help required on this coffee pot made in 1979.  A company and friends  is not a company I have heard of before.  I'm hoping someone is familiar with the company and can provide detailed info.   I look forward to any help.

It was a brand filed for registration in San Francisco in 1982 and cancelled in 1991. I think that most of its goods were manufactured in Japan. The company that owned the brand was Determined Productions Inc. of San Francisco.

No wonder I was unable to find any info. Thank you ever so much.
