ID Sought - "Chinese" vase?

HI,
Does anybody recognize this vase? It is about 8 inches tall and mid diameter is 5 inches. The mark on the bottom is a circular array of Chinese symbols - includes word CHINA. The image of the mark is as sharp as I can get it. Hopefully you will know the Chinese for "Made in Peckham" and be able to decipher it. Thanks in advance. Please be straight up if it is rubbish.

Despite whatever else is on the bottom or what the vase looks like, if it says "China" then it will not be very old and not of any great quality................... but please keep trying to upload.

Yay, success.  
It has a transfer printed decoration on porcelain. Probably fairly modern = second half of the 20th Century. I'm afraid see a lot of this type of china in the charity shop.

From what I can make out its just the Chinese version of Made in China. Late 20th century decorative piece.
