Fluted bottle - Nick Rees?
Fluted bottle with tenmoku glaze. Unmarked. 5" high.
Closest I've found is Nick Rees' pieces, but I don't know if he does fairly thickly potted pots like this one, or whether they're thinly potted in which case this can't be one of his.

It does look like Nick Rees' work but as that would mean forgetting two stamps (his personal seal plus Mulchelney) I would think not.

Is all his work stamped? I think this is a vintage piece.

I believe that he has work with John Leach at Mulchelney since he was in his early twenties in 1972 so most of the work he has made over the years would just have a Mulchelney mark only, as it would have been for the Standard functional range. The possibility of him having develop a style prior to this and continue to use it for his individual work 40 years later seems unlikely to me.
