According to the great-source-of-all-information (aka Google) Swansea used crossed tridents as a mark. I don't know if there are other potteries using the same marks.

Looks hand painted / early 19th century, so Swansea is a definite possibility. Nice piece, especially if it is Swansea.

Looks mid 19th to me, I like the gilding, but the painting looks to be on the poorer side if it is Swansea to be honest.
Think you'll need a specialist to be sure.

I think that we can count out Swansea, as it appears that the trident mark, when used, had Swansea written as well.
To me it looks like someone trying to suggest Swansea so could be Monsieur Samson, whose firm in Paris seemed to copy everything.
Other than that the nearest mark I could find was for Marc Eugen Bloch, also of Paris, who used a crossed tridents as one of his marks from 1868 to 1887 but the one I found didn't look a convincing match.

You could ask the Nantgarw and Swansea Porcelain website.
