What is it called when you are not sure you really want an answer?
You lot know stuff. What is this? and when? and WHY? and of course, Who?
The only vague sort of likeness I've found is a thing called a ( sorry) Yankee Poodle Dandy.

It is 14" tall and is finished in a smooth, slightly crazed glaze. There is a crackle glaze sort-of finish applied to the underglaze to give a repro look, which is fair enough, it is not old but WHAT is it a repro of?

Looks modern. Possibly Italian. Can you post a photo of the base, please.

Crackle glaze is simply a form of decoration, it doesn't necessarily imply the piece is a reproduction.

This is the bottom. Quite messy and crazy but clean. The marks mean nothing to me so it's over to you,,,,,
