Clive Davies, Norfolk

Hi

I wasn't able to find a like piece for either Steveni or Murtagh pottery. Does this style or mark ring any mental bells?

There are four marks like this in YO&F. Maybe one of those? Paul Bearne, mike Steveni, Sarah Dunstan and Maria Murtagh.....and Emily Myers. That's five I know...

Any thoughts on this please, looks similar to colin pearsons mark, but missing the bottom of the P so is more like a dissected circle?

Might be Clive Davies, who potted/pots in Norfolk.

Sent Clive an email this morning asking if it is one of his or not.

Confirmed by Clive that it is indeed one of his, perhaps a mod could retitle the thread and move it please?

Nice mug, could be local but don’t know. Or France?
Similar marks in book but don’t fit this type of pottery.

Another line in circle mark - not Clive Davies or Emily Myers I presume and not Sarah Dunstan either.
Bit heavy so maybe not a well known potter? At first I thought it was Dartington but no.

Clive Davies. Has he said it’s not his? Because it matches his work off his website

I think you’re right - 1980s mark from Withersdale, Norfolk.
I didn’t think it was his work as it was so different to the wood fired mug I put on here the other week. He seems to have done a good variety of glazes and styles.
