doulton jug thingy
not sure if this is in the right place so it can be moved if so. does anybody know what this is used for? the only hole it has is about 10mm and it is part of the foxes head. also does anybody know who the gent is or is it just a any old person? this is for a chap at work who thinks its old but im not so sure. cheers in advance

My guess is either for spirits - which you wouldn't want to pour too quickly - or for adding water to spirits, eg, absinthe, which. again, you'd only want a few drops to dilute it with.

yeah. i have been doing some research and its doulton kingsware from about 1922-27 i think . whiskey is the most likely as there are plenty of others about. well i shall keep on looking. anybody has any ideas of a rough value?
