Second name looks like Munibah. It reminds me of Safi pottery. I suspect it's from Morocco or nearby.

It's really hard to decipher.. I tried googling all different versions of it.. cant work it out ...

nope, just posted on here the pics and that I liked it and had it a while, no link to it being for sale..

I don't think so..!

Anyway, I just googled Safi pottery images and they all seem to be overpainted, this is incised into the slip.

I can't find any reference to a potter but the first word to me looks like Doumate, which is a family name of North African origin.

Looks similar to pottery being sold in the markets of the Costa Del Sol, Spain, but the name is Muslim which is why I wonder if it's of North African origin.

Of course many Muslims from North Africa emigrated to Spain in the past and probably still do so.
