Not sure how to define this piece. It feels amazing! The texture is so rich. It is at largest points 11"x6"x3" It dips in at the center, and will lay flat, stand up, or hang on wall. Made in Italy is the only markings. Thank you!

I think that it might have originally come with some alcohol inside. I'm sure I've seen one with a cork and a paper seal in the past.
