seems to have a part of an stamp...
the seller told it's thuringian...
but that's what sellers allways tell if they don't know anything....

Thuringia is a region in Germany, not a manufacturer, but I agree it does look like German porcelain. Unfortunately there are just numbers and a smudged makers stamp so difficult to know who without finding another dog that still has its mark.

Might be worth checking out Gebruder Heubach porcelain as they make similar figures.
