Francis Glanville Cooper, who potted in Sheffield from 1945. Not sure when he stopped/died.

Back in December I knew that I had seen the mark before and felt certain I knew who it was. However, it wasn't until I wrote the first post down that it immediately came to me. It doesn't always work that way.

Size is approx 16cm tall by 15cm wide.
