Hello

A little 830 solid silver content Norway spoon. I wondered if anyone knows the mark of dots and letters? Also when the bowl of the spoon (if that is what it is called) the handle is very high almost to suggest that it is held by one person for another to taste or deliver medicine. this would concur with the scratches in the bowl from teeth marks. Any help will be most appreciated.
