Unknown pair of beakers
Slip decorated beakers / tumblers. Each with a faceted surface and marked with a notch on the foot rim.

Maybe. Maybe a thick glaze - there's some green near the rim.
I was thinking they might be by slipware potters like Clive or Dylan Bowen or Tony Lattimer who do this sort of decoration.

The white decoration looks like feldspar to me.

Does anyone mark their work with a notch? Could it signify a second?

Teabowls made in some places in Japan have a cut in the foot ring - it helps with knowing if you have turned the bowl during the tea ceremony.
There isn't anything that suggests that these were made in Japan, although I wouldn't rule it out.
