Doesn't look like any of the Carn I've seen. Doubt it's Troika, either.
Might be Tremaen, assuming it's English. Otherwise, might be Scandinavian. Since you're based in Germany, I think Danish or Finnish is probably more likely.
Can we have a photo of the base please.

it doesn't look Cornish, the top is very different to Carn,Troika and the like
