That's pretty wacky. Looks like raku, but no idea who the potter is. I haven't seen much raku coming out of countries like Spain or France, so I'm wondering if it's American. Certainly a popular medium with Native American potters, and might explain the animal symbolism (animal spirits?) in the decoration.
