Does anyone know this pottery mark. I think its possibly European French, Germany. I can't find it any where, would be glad of the help.

The monogram looks like PG or GP (G...... Pottery?)

Signature seems to be R....chio - not sure if a French or German potter would have that name. Alternatively it might be a place name.
My first thought, based on the decoration, was Mexican but its not the right shape. Might be Spanish or Italian.
