Almost impossible to say without labels - lots of companies across Europe made this style of lamp throughout the 1950s-70s, particularly in the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.

Perhaps try checking just the inside rim of the bulb-holders, where you screw the bulb in place, because it's quite common for companies to have their names impressed there.
