I think you've uploaded the 3rd option, 'image URL' which means the image can't be opened. It's best to choose the first option, the 'thumbnail'.

One of the marks looks like SF. I'm wondering if it's Sheila Fournier.

I think it's Shirley Foote mid 1970's -99 at the rosudgeon pottery in penzance now run by Peter Swanson .
