Oriental Vase ?

Could you please help me to attribute a country to this vase. China, Japan, Korea or other. Fairly modern but very attractive.
Red printed mark on the base but I don't know which way up it should be shown.
Height 9.5cm

It doesn't look like a dynasty mark. First impressions is its 20th century, but I could be wrong.

these seal marks were printed on using a rubber seal and most of them are generally 20th century..1950's maybe

I thought it must be 20th Century or even 21st Century. Probably China, does anyone know for certain. Found in a local charity shop for 50p, very dirty, needed a good wash but I just had to have it.
