Can anyone help ID this vase

Hi this is my first post on this forum. I am wondering if anyone can tell me who made this vase and possibly and a approximate time period when it was made. I am not sure if the signature on the bottom is jorgensen, uergensen, or something else entirely. Thanks for the help. ,

I found something about a guy named Thomas Jorgensen. Could this be his work?

Found a few similar pieces attributed to 'renowned artist' Thomas Jorgensen, so looks to be correct. Not sure what they mean by 'renowned artist', but artists did buy blanks to decorate so as to advertise their services to china manufacturers and rich patrons, in the hope of securing commissions, so maybe he was one of those.
