ID help please stoneware pot unrecognised mark

Hoping someone may recognise this mark which may be ME or ?W. I think that it has a nice organic feel to it and really like the decoration. 4 inches across. All suggestions appreciated John

I think the first photo of the mark is the right way up. Looks like McG

Thanks Naomi you could well be right, only pottery with similar mark I can find is Manchester Craftsmens Guild in Pittsburgh!! and I don't think it's from there. I think it looks too English but who knows?
