Looks Continental. Possibly Hungarian, but it's not a style I've seen before.

I think the four 'flower'-like patterns represent gold or silver earings. They looks to be Eastern/Near Eastern European/Turkey/Islamic in style. The other items may also represent jewellery; part of the national dress or bridal dress or whichever country it's from.
