Vase with Sig on bottom Empty Vase with Sig on bottom

Hi, I'm new here just learning the talk, so I have no idea on glazes, or type of glass or stone. So here goes, I have this Vase, Has sig on botton but I can make out what it says.

I think the second photo of the mark is the right way up. Might be Argyll.

When I've uploaded photos from files in dropbox I think I've used 'Host an Image' rather than 'Insert an Image' or 'Insert a Link.'
