18thC Qianlong polychrome tea bowl, Chinese

teabowl from carboot thread, moved here for ID.  My current thinking is 18thC Chinese, but i guess English also a possibility?  All handpainted enamels - no underglaze blue, but all painted on top of the glaze, even the outline drawing.

I don't know about value. There's still a question Whether or not they're made in the west rather than china (or even Japanese copies). If they are English or continental then value goes up a lot. New Hall had a Chinese lady and boy patten but I think it was transfer printed and coloured in, where as this is hand drawn pointing to Far East production.
