West German studio(-style) vase, marbled glaze, label "VD"?
Need help with ID of this 1970s studio-style vase, marbled glaze, height 18 cm.
Brown clay, the base is covered with red felt (which is IME a pain to remove).
Label "West Germany" and a monogram -- could perhaps be VD? Or VC?
Reminds me a little of some pieces by Uta Feyl for Rosenthal studio linie, but there doesn't seem to be the typical raised mark under the felt.
Thanks for any guidance!
Michael

Thanks a lot for the ID, styleinvasion -- fast as lighning! :-)
I did a quick search, and found quite a few of these on ebay and etsy.
The design seems to come with a higher foot as well.
The base is unmarked, so I can leave the felt (which isn't original I guess).
