Black horse Empty Black horse

A steal off ebay. Maybe the chipped tail put buyers off, but it's far, far better than I expected.
White earthenware under a black glaze. Unmarked, but looks familiar, especially the eyes. May be Continental. 60s-70s vintage?
9" high.
