Are there any experts that could please id this Tea Bowl & Saucer with a hand painted floral decoration in Iron Red. I believe this to be made in England and 18th Century. There is a wealth of information on early English Porcelain available and I am sure there is someone out there that will know the factory that made this item.

A lot were made in the period late 1700 - 1820s. They pinched each other's patterns so without a mark it's difficult to narrow it down to a particular factory.

Think this may be New Hall ca.1800.

New hall was one of the factories. A&E Keeling is another, (also known as Factory X). New Hall has the most delicate painting of all of them, and, to me, this doesn't look delicate enough to be one of theirs.

I have to disagree lol, I'd say New Hall or possibly Minton. However unless you can pin the pattern down from a book it is difficult to say with certainty.
