Any ideas  please on this small vase (5 1/2 inches) it appears to have been decorated in sgrafitto style with birds and flowers  and then had random splashes of colour applied. The lower part of the mark looks a bit like O (D?) IKYL, but glaze has pretty well obscured mark. Have tried talcum, cornflower etc and taking a tracing but can make no sense.
My first thought was possibly Italian

All thoughts of origin and/or date appreciated

One of these has been going round ebay for a while. Pretty sure it's continental. Spanish, Italian, Cyprus sort of area.
