Found this in a second hand yard today, anyone able to identify the mark? Not sure it it reads as M or W. Measures 11cm x 9.5cm.

Possibly Martin Homer? But not his current style of decoration and the cross and dot decoration looks familiar; somtehing we've had before.

Yes Naomi, looks similar to some courtyard designs, Patches of similar crosses and dots.

I've seen a few pieces with this mark but still not had a positive ID that it's one of Martin Homer's marks, and it's not the one in the Marks book, so I'm moving it back to ID my pottery.

It is a match for one of Adrian Abberley's marks, though in a square, not a circle.
