Sure this is a Studio Pot...no mark
This Pot has a lovely feel...love to know what the process is called and who the potter is ....4 inches high and 5 inches in diameter

I have a feeling they are German.

With the rough rim, it could be a storage jar missing it's lid, or just a simple planter.
