A boot sale find, a seemingly factory produced bowl. hand painted in an elaborate pattern/design.

A couple of people who've seen it have said that it's suggestive of some of the Glasgow Girl's work, some of whom did hand paint ceramics, however, the initial on the base does not match any of the recorded marks I can find; any ideas or suggestions for further research?

Glasgow Girls used standard blanks. Is this factory made or hand turned? Even if it is factory made it might be a blank someone else has bought in and decorated. The decoration looks too modern for the GGs
