Can you ID this mark or maker Empty Can you ID this mark or maker

I bought this vase from a lady who had a Harrison Mcintosh sitting right next to it and some other great stuff so thought I should find out what it is. Harrison Mackintosh used an HM monogram, so unless he changed his mark over the years it's doubtful this is his. Plus it looks slip moulded rather than hand turned, implying its factory made. The shape and colours remind me of East German pottery, but it's not a mark I've seen on any German pottery (although others will know better than me) , so I think it's more likely to be made in the US.
