hello all

i have a piece of pottery by this potter but i am struggling to find any info on them. i was hoping someone on here could tell me about the pottery or post some pics of their own.

i have this strange little tureen that looks oddly like r2d2 from star wars

Came across this -

Description
.... hand crafted pottery signed by Sinclair Ashley, a well known Chattanooga, Tennessee area potter who was well known for his individual styled glazes. This features a dark brown background with almost tree branches and leaves hanging down from the area around the top or neck area. The artist died in the late 1990s.

If you're on Facebook it's worth asking on the Studio Pottery Collectors Group where there are a lot of American collectors who may have more information.
