I think it's JIE SWEDEN. Seen a lot of their figures, but not much of their domestic ware.

Yes it is the AB Jie Johnsons pottery started by John Ewert Johnson in 1942. Initially the ceramic output was tiles and the like and other wares began to be produced in 1952. They continued until 1992 when they went bankrupt.

The dish looks 1970s, maybe later, to me.
